As your personal coach I bring more than a decade of experience as a professional Master degree level counselor and many years as a trainer in the area of counseling and facilitating skills. I am grounded in both traditional and trans-personal psychology. As a professional speaker and published writer on spiritual themes I have shared my blend of Eastern and Western spiritual traditions with many. I am also a trained and certified facilitator of “The Four Agreements” and integrate the Toltec concepts of awareness and “mastery of the second attention” into all my work with individuals and groups. Additionally, my training and experience as a professional hand reader allows individuals to know themselves and their potential at a level they never before knew possible.

My work with each individual focuses on the unique spirit within that is seeking to be released.

I believe deeply that we are each here to experience “the dream of heaven on earth” as described by Don Miguel Ruiz in “The Four Agreements”. But I also believe that we need to live and experience everyday reality to liberate our spirit from our ego personality/self. My coaching is both action and awareness oriented, both being and doing. My goal is to help you empower your truest self to unfold.
